Neelakanta to direct Srikanth for ‘Virodhi’

Director Neelakanta shot to fame overnight with the award winning film ‘Show’ and ‘Missamma’. However, he failed to make a mark in his subsequent films like ‘Nandavanam 120 km’ and ‘Mr Medhavi’. He took some gap and got ready to prove his directorial abilities with a film featuring Srikanth as hero.

'Ranga the donga' release on Jan 30

Srikanth, Vimalaraman starrer comedy entertainer 'Ranga The Donga' is all set to release on January 30th across the state. Jeevi is directing this movie and C R Manohar is the producer. Srikanth is confident, this movie will do well. He is playing a factionist in this movie, which is first time for this family hero.

Naga Chaitanya movie in March

Naga Chaitanya's film with Tamannah as the heroine will release only in March. The movie being produced by Geeta Arts and directed by Sukumar was supposed to release in December itself. But due to date problems and technical issues, it got postponed to Sankranti. Now that Tollywood is on a strike, the film got further delayed and postponed to March.

Ragada touches Rs 7 cr mark

Nagarjuna who has been craving for a hit got one with 'Ragada'. Made it a typical Telugu cinema commercial format, Ragada collected Rs 2.8 crore on the first day itself. Trade reports say the film collected Rs 7 crore so far and is running housefulls in a lot of theatres.

Producer finally declared that their Mirapakay would hit the screen on January 12 across the globe as a Sankranti gift.
